At Keepsakes by Nicoleta, orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends, holidays or Fridays, to minimise the time your precious keepsakes are left unattended in trucks or warehouses over the weekend.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur and these are outside Keepsakes By Nicoleta powers of influence depending on the third party carrier you chose at checkout for our delivery.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number to your nominated email at the time of your purchase. 

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Keepsakes by Nicoleta is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.Eg: VAT in UK).

 

Damages

Keepsakes by Nicoleta has a duty of care and all parcels are insured for the total value paid for each order. All parcels will feature signature on delivery required. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim and let us know immediately so we can assist you with the process: info@keepsakesbynicoleta.com.au

 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim together with a photo of the parcel.

OUR PROCESS
STEP 1

Chose your beautiful keepsake and place your order online. You can pay at checkout using credit/debit card, PayPal, Afterpay or Laybuy. We accept international orders

STEP 2

Send us your precious inclusions such as: breastmilk, ashes and locks of hair. When your special parcel arrives, we will send you an email to let you know.

STEP 3

After we received your precious inclusions, we will start work on your stone. This can take up to 3-4 weeks. If you order a ring, we will send you a ring sizer. You don’t need to send us the sizer back. Simply email the size or send us a photo via email.

STEP 4

We will send you a sneak peek photo for approval. If you are not happy with the stone, we offer one free recrafting option

STEP 5

Our stone setter will work his magic and permanently set the approved stone in your piece of jewellery. This step can take up to 2-3 weeks

STEP 6

We will send your keepsake jewellery home via express post with tracking and insurance along with any leftover ashes, breastmilk or hair. You will receive Australia Post tracking information straight in your inbox.
