We understand that sometimes rings need to be resized for circumstances outside anyone’s control. We do offer a resizing service which includes a clean and polishing fee. The fee covers the laser welder resize (in the case of bezel set keepsake stones). If you have a claw setting for your keepsake stones, we will prefer to remove it, resize your ring, and the re set the keepsake stones for you.
Please keep in mind deep scratches caused by excessive wear and tear might not come out. Please refer to our care instructions card for more details how to care for your precious jewellery.
