“Hey there Lauren and Nicoleta,
I received my very important package yesterday and to say it was emotional is an understatement.
I was excited, nervous and sad all at the same time when the delivery van pulled up.
Upon opening the package, I was so impressed and happy with how neat and carefully it was presented and packaged.
The bead was the first thing I saw and I just started crying because dad was home safe and you had done everything with the utmost respect and care.
The heavenly pendant with the murano glass gem stone is just beyond what I expected. The quality and colour of the stone is just stunning!
The feeling of having dad close to my heart is a feeling I can’t even put into words, it’s just so special. (I’m crying as I type this email)
I want to thank you both. Your communication throughout this process was incredible. You answered all my questions and kept me int he loop during the whole process. I was immediately put at ease with the constant communication.
I was so nervous the precious ashes would get lose but you let me know as soon as you received them which was a sigh of relief.
Thank you for treating myself and my late father with the utmost care and respect. I am truly grateful to have made the decision to get the pendant made which will be worn on my wedding day to have dad close to my heart as I walk down the isle.”

The details of Kim’s Pieces
Kim chose the Heavenly Pendant with the Murano Glass Gemstone. She chose to set it in 10K White Gold with custom silver grey coloured Murano Glass. She also had a matching bead made – a silver grey coloured Murano Glass Keepsake Round Bead, set in Sterling Silver. She requested we use her father’s cremated remains throughout the pieces so she could hold him close to her heart.
